Terms and Conditions

All products supplied by Jonathan Clay Creations are handmade in Co Tipperary and are dispatched in the following manner.

Earring orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of your order. All items are transported by An Post using standard mail. Delivery can take up to 3 working days from the dispatch of your order to the receipt of your goods. You will receive an e-mail advising that your purchase has been posted on the day of posting. As with any items for pierced ears, all our earrings are non returnable, although if you do have a quality issue with your order, we will do our utmost to resolve it in a favourable manner.

Cake Toppers are made to order and will be dispatched within 7 days of receipt of your order (sooner if possible). Please note that these are for decorative purposes only and are not  intended to be used as a toy, due to some sharp parts. No responsibility shall be taken by Jonathan Clay Creations for any injury caused due to the misuse of these products. 

Personalized cake toppers will be manufactured using the spelling that you have supplied on the order form. Please make sure of the correct spelling before placing your order as mistakes cannot be rectified after the item is made. No returns will be accepted or refunds made for any personalised items ordered. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Due to colour variations on different devices, colours shown may not be an exact match to what you see on your screen, although every effort has been made to give as accurate a display as possible.
